About

For the women who live between worlds.

Hi, I’m Mary. I specialize in helping mixed-race and first- and second-generation Asian women heal from complex trauma and prolonged grief through body-based therapy. My work is for the woman who looks like she’s holding it together, but feels completely exhausted, disconnected, and unsure how to rest. Together, we make sense of the survival patterns that once kept you safe but now keep you stuck, so you can find your way back to a life that feels like your own. Because talk therapy only goes so far, we use deeper approaches like EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, and somatic approaches. These tools work beneath the surface, heal exhausted parts of who you are, and safely reconnect you with your body. As a biracial, 1.75-generation Japanese American therapist, I understand what it feels like to live between worlds while trying to belong to yourself. I offer a space where multicultural women do not have to explain, shrink, or leave parts of themselves behind to heal. If you are ready for the next step, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. I look forward to connecting with you.
