Do you feel like you are surviving your life rather than living it?

Maybe you’ve tried talk therapy and found yourself understanding why you feel this way but still feeling stuck. Or maybe your body feels constantly on edge, overwhelmed, or shut down, and you’re not sure what to do next.
I’m Mary, and I help women reconnect with their bodies so healing can happen at a deeper level. Together, we strengthen the mind–body connection so you can release stored stress, reclaim your inner resilience, and move forward with greater clarity, intention, and self-trust.
I specialize in supporting women navigating complex trauma, and complicated grief. Using somatic, body centered approaches, including EMDR, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems-Informed therapy, we gently work beneath the surface, accessing the deeper layers where lasting change and healing take root.
My practice is especially affirming for multicultural women, including those with first- and second-generation (and in-between generation) experiences, as well as bicultural and multiracial women. As a multicultural, 1.75-generation woman, I bring lived experience alongside clinical training into the therapy space.
Therapy is centered around supporting you in feeling more grounded in your body, clearer about your needs, and more confident showing up as your authentic self. If you’re ready for something different—something that listens to both your story and your nervous system—I invite you to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you.
